The Central Register
 is the weekly source for information about state, county and municipal contracts being put out to bid for the design, construction and reconstruction of public facilities in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Goods and Services Bulletin is a weekly publication containing solicitations for the procurement of commodities and services (which, generally, are unrelated to construction of public facilities). 

Consumer Reports Online
Full access to the Consumer Reports database. A searchable index of products and services, rated and reviewed by Consumer Reports. Please note, at-home use requires your Tewksbury Library Card number.
This resource includes multiple car, motorcycle and CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) practice tests. In addition it has driver’s manuals and detailed answers to 100+ DMV-related questions.

A great starting point for children, teens and adults needing to research topics.

EPA’s Green Vehicle Guide
EPA's Green Vehicle Guide gives information about the environmental performance of vehicles and provides the user with dynamic search and sort capabilities. Side-by-side comparisons can be performed for up to three vehicles and searches can be customized based on user choices by using the Advanced Search function. Photos of models are displayed (if available) for basic searches and side-by-side comparisons.

Through the Merrimack Valley Library Consortium, Tewksbury Public Library patrons have access to free ebooks and audiobooks through Overdrive. Download ebooks and audiobooks to your Kindle, Nook, iPad, or other mobile device.

RBdigital: Free downloadable magazines!  Create an account on the RBdigital site, add the app to your mobile device.  Download any or all magazines.  They are yours to keep.

Safari Books Online (Business & Computer books)
Online collection of over 3,000 computer and technical ebooks, covering programming, design, desktop publishing, ecommerce, online business, hardware and more.  Only 40 concurrent users can be in the database at one time.  If you are unable to log-in, please try again later.  If the problem persists, please call the reference desk at the Library.

TumbleBooks Library (Picture books for children)
An online collection of animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading in a format they'll love. TumbleBooks are created by adding animation, sound, music and narration to existing picture books in order to produce an electronic picture book which you can read, or have read to you.

Universal Class (Free online courses)
Universal Class offers over 500 courses ranging from accounting and nutrition to reiki and gardening.  The classes are self-paced and instructor-led, with certified instructors available to answer questions and assess your performance. Universal class is accredited as an authorized provider by the International Association for Continuing Education & Training (IACET), giving the option for CEUs on approved courses.
