Meeting Room Reservations


Meeting Rooms
The Board of Library Trustees of the Tewksbury Public Library welcomes the cultural, educational, and civic use of the Library’s meeting rooms within the guidelines of the Meeting Room Policy. Meeting rooms that can be reserved include:

  • First-floor Meeting Room: large meeting space with official capacity of 100
  • Second-floor Trustees’ Conference Room: smaller meeting space with official capacity of 10

Please refer to our Meeting Room Policy for further details and information regarding the use of our meeting rooms. All meeting room use requires approval to ensure guidelines are being met.

Study Rooms
Three rooms for quiet or group study are available on our Second floor. Rooms can be reserved for one 4-hour period per day. Official capacity of 4 persons in a Study Room. See our Study Room Use Policy for further details.
