Summer at Your Library 2024

Summer at Your Library begins on June 17th and ends on August 9th. Learn more about signing up for summer reading challenges for all ages below! 

Children's Summer Reading Program:

• Rubber Duckie Club for preschool aged children
  • Pick up forms in the Children's Room or print your copy here
  • Get a prize and raffle ticket for every 10 duckies you color in
• Read to Bead for children entering kindergarten through grade 5
  • Pick up forms in the Children's Room or print your copy here
  • Earn beads for all the time you read
  • Get a raffle ticket for every four hours you read and you'll be entered to win one of more than 50 fun raffle prizes this summer

• Teen Summer Challenge for students entering grades 6 to 12 in September 2024, or who graduated in June of 2024
  • Earn raffle tickets for awesome prizes, like a XBox Series X or Airpods, by reading or attending programs
    • 1 day of reading = 1 ticket
    • Attend one Teen event = 1 ticket 
    • Complete one activity on Beanstack = 1 ticket

• Adult Summer Reading for ages 18 and up:
  • Log every day that you read no matter how much or how little, no matter what you read
  • Register online at tewksburypl.beanstack.com or download the free Beanstack app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • For every day you read between June 17th and August 9th, you will receive one online raffle ticket with which you can enter the raffle of your choice 
  • There are 10 raffle prizes up for grabs, each valued at $50.00
    • Prize winners will be contacted on Monday August 12th 
    • Each gift card prize is themed after a different in-person or virtual series of adult events, including: 
      • Author visits, armchair travel, concerts, craft nights, and more!
