Library To Go: Adult Materials

Library To Go is our service of choosing materials for you based on your preferences. Our staff is excited to help you! Please fill out this form to request materials for adults. Staff will choose appropriate materials based on the information in this form.

  • This request form may be submitted once per week and is limited to 20 items total per library card.
  • You will be contacted when your items are ready.
  • Items will be selected based on what is available at the Tewksbury Public Library only and we shall fill requests to the best of our ability. 
  • If you want to request specific titles, please request items through our Online Catalog

If you are interested in Children's materials (birth through grade 5), please fill out the Library to Go: Children's Materials form

If you are interested in Teen materials (grades 6 to 12), please fill out the Library to Go: Teen Materials form

DO NOT put spaces or dashes between the numbers
Choose up to 4 of the genres or subjects listed below that you prefer.
Choose your preferred format. The default format is book. Staff will fulfill your requests as far as possible with your preferred format from what is available at the library.
Limit of 5 items per genre. If choosing DVDs, please list if you prefer a film rating (i.e. PG-13, etc.)
Please list any other preferences here (i.e. dystopian fiction or I don't like English mysteries) or if there is anything else you want us to know
